Inamutila acknowledges that sustainable practices and businesses are on the rise in developing countries found in Africa. This is because they are proving to be a crucial element in a country's transition towards a more sustainable future. Competitive sustainable businesses are not only contributing to the economies but also prioritizing the well-being of the environment and the communities involved. With the government's support and the increasing demand for sustainable products, the future looks promising for sustainable practices and businesses. For example, the government of Namibia has also taken significant steps to promote sustainable practices and businesses in the country. In 2020, the Namibian government launched its Green Economy Plan, which aims to transition the country towards a more sustainable economic model. The plan includes initiatives to promote sustainable tourism, sustainable agriculture, and renewable energy.
